About Joy

“You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.   Psalm 16:11

I was introduced to Jesus as a little girl and although I have taken many wrong turns and detours along this path of life, His loving Spirit has always drawn me back, forgiving my mistakes and guiding me to find the only way that brings real joy.  I continue to follow Jesus along this path with my wonderful husband of 45 years and 4 children and 8 grandchildren.  My prayer is that God would illuminate my mind with His wisdom and enable me to be a light that will encourage my family and others to seek and find a closer relationship with Jesus.

This I know to be true:   “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.   Proverbs 3:5, 6

Illumylife Lord with the light of your Presence and fill me with your peace and joy.  Let me be a reflection of your grace and let your Spirit flow through me to bless others.

“Not to us, O LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.”   Psalm 115:1
